We respect their right to keep sensitive information confidential and we understand their desire to avoid unwanted solicitations. We do not share email addresses or contact information with other parties.
We restrict access to sensitive information about clients to other parties who have been authorized by the clients to have that information. We maintain physical, electronic and procedural safeguards in compliance with applicable laws and regulations to guard confidential information from unauthorized access, alteration or premature destruction. We value our clients and are committed to protecting their privacy every day although we occasionally disclose confidential information when required to do so in deposition or court testimony.
